Phi Partners is collaborating with Tier-1 Investment banks in Paris, offering investor services and capital-raising solutions. The banks has been heavily investing in its capital markets and technology teams, hiring top professionals from Phi Partners.

The banks' Rapid Application Development (RAD) group operates within the Front Office, managing risk and PnL systems for X assets. To address growing regulatory demands, our clients has launched a number of initiatives to enhance their primary Risk and PnL system, focusing on VaR, stress testing, and real-time PnL consolidation.

Phi Partners is hiring Rapid Application Developers in Paris to support these initiatives. The roles include:

1. Maintaining risk management and PnL reporting systems to ensure compliance and performance.
2. Enhancing market data contribution systems for better efficiency.
3. Collaborating with Traders, Risk Managers, and Developers to design robust and scalable applications.

Profil recherché

The Ideal Candidate
Necessary Skills:
• 1-3 year of experience in Java
• Solid understanding and experience of object-oriented programming practices (OOP)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; Should be able to work with trading desks,
business management, and technology team to build and deliver solutions
Nice-to-have Skills:
• Possesses a good understanding of Financial Markets, Equity Derivatives trading
• Previous experience in Front Office Risk and PnL support and development is highly
desirable
