Your Job: Proposal manager
Location: Luxembourg (with Home Office)
Experience: Engineering degree or equivalent

IBISA is a start-up, so everyone has to be hands-on.

Part of the funding of our company comes from application files to funding programs that we need to write, submit and follow over the project.

Your mission (should you decide to accept it) will be to help in the writing and follow-up of all those deliverables, which are key to support the growth of the company.

They can have a thnical content (describe technical solutions, user needs, etc.), financial (business plan, projections), organisational (planning, etc.), or, most of the time, all at the same time.

All our projects and activities are done in Lean Startup (Agile) methodology.

Did you study science and still have a bit of a literary bent?

Do you like writing during your free time?

Do you like to travel, especially to far and remote countries?

Do you know how to use the Office suite to get things done well and quickly?

Are you autonomous and a bit of an entrepreneur?
